Statement: Fairness. Compassion. Respect. Fundamental for our society and our legal system. Everyone walking into a courtroom, whether an attorney, defendant, plaintiff or victim should sense these values. By living them daily, we create an atmosphere to support them.

I believe judges need to be impartial, follow the law, and operate in a just manner. I have fifteen years of extensive trial experience, as my primary focus has been criminal and family law. I have had the honor of serving as your district court judge, as well as pro tem judge and court commissioner throughout the region. Court room experience is vital to serving on the bench.

I have been taught since childhood that public and community service are a basic component to active citizenship. I am proud of my accomplishments with Habitat for Humanity in the community, but I want to do more. Public service is the highest of callings, and I have been truly honored to serve in the past.

I am asking for your vote for Superior Court judge. Together, we can ensure the legal system truly does work with fairness, compassion, and respect. Values and experience- the most important things we look for in a judge.
