Statement: We are so tax happy in Washington it punishes the poor. We have social programs doing absolutely nothing to help lift low earners up. Those programs have been created without the thought of who is really affected when taxed to support those programs. Low earners are burdened making it impossible to break free from the grip of government programs. An example, when property tax goes up it's added to the rent so renters pay too.

I will work to reduce taxes and find ways for small business to thrive so more folks have a working family income.
