I have spent my entire legal career in Skagit County, serving as a judge with unique balance and perspective thanks to extensive trial experience as a public defender and a prosecutor.

I have researched and ruled upon hundreds of motions and presided over more than 50 trials involving family law, civil lawsuits, and criminal law.
