economic, and social well being of children, youth and families. Gubernatorial
appointee to the Washington State Commission on African American Affairs,
conducting policy research and supporting successful advocacy events resulting
in successful legislation. Olympia Capital Centennial
Rotary Club President, Black Alliance of Thurston County Chair, Olympia YWCA
and Thurston Community Media board member, and Thurston Thrives Coordinating
Council At Large member.

the earth." I want to connect with you, listen to you, and represent you as
your State Representative.
I am committed to working for schools where all children
get a rigorous, globally relevant education, an environmentally
sustainable economy that respects both working families and business owners
who, together, create prosperity, as well as fully funded pensions and human
services that honor the dignity of the disabled and mentally ill, veterans,
elders, and children and families in need.
