Statement: Hello, I am asking you to vote for me in this judicial race so that together we can move this Court into the 21st Century.

Every day our Citizens needlessly spend thousands of dollars on legal fees due to an inefficient and outdated court system. All other sectors of our community use internet based technologies to reduce costs. We must fast track the transition to using internet technologies in order to provide our citizens affordable access to the Courts.

By adopting rules similar to King County and the Federal Courts, we will eliminate thousands of hearings annually and save millions of dollars in legal fees for the residents and businesses of Snohomish County. Further, in a time when budgets are tight and taxes are high, we do not need an extravagant new courthouse with a personal courtroom for every judge - each used less than 10% of the time. We simply cannot afford it.

If you question wastefulness by the Courts or have faced financial ruin from high legal fees, please vote for me so that I can help bring positive change to the Court.
