Other Professional Experience: Resident of Kitsap County since 1987. Retired US Navy Veteran, currently a Field Engineer for The Boeing Company. Navy Service was spent working at both PSNS and Bangor bases, followed by being a Program Analyst for Strategic Systems Programs with the Department of the Navy at the Washington Navy Yard in DC.

Education: BS in Mathematics from University of South Carolina; Business and Financial Management from Defense Acquisition University at Fort Belvoir, VA

Community Service: Public Service Volunteer at the Kitsap County Courthouse, Economic Development Council with the Urban Growth Act indexing artifacts into electronic media for two years.

Statement: For 25 plus years, I served in the Navy and as a civil service employee with the Navy. In that capacity, I investigated and reported on major defense contractors' facilities, their production capabilities and contractual performance. In addition, I assisted other governmental agencies (DOJ, DHS, DCMA) to review business' capabilities for potential US Government contract work.

As a resident of Kitsap County for 30 years, I have lived in many of its communities: Poulsbo, Illahee, Bremerton and Bainbridge Island. If elected, I pledge to faithfully conduct the duties of the Washington State Constitution and those of the legislative branch.
