Statement: I have spent a great deal of time in Olympia trying to stop our district from being the dumping ground for poisons and hazardous material. If coal is coming they should build a clean burning coal plant for free. If oyster companies want to poison our waters tax them a penny an oyster. Time to repay the public for millions of tax dollars spent on our industry. The tax rate on owned acreage is $1.
