Statement: I am running to bring a pragmatic voice to the current dysfunction in Olympia which is short changing our children. I would like to see an upgrade to the curriculum to include greater emphasis on technology; including coding, programming, and cybersecurity from as early as elementary school. We should train kids in public school for a 21st century workforce. I am also running to lead on criminal justice reform - as it stands, there are currently two systems; One for the haves and another for the have nots. Also environmental protections, affordable housing, and internet to poor and rural areas.
