Statement: My professional and personal strength is to collaborate with others towards common goals, listening first to constituents, then to other stakeholders. Our legislature has failed to conclude on time for two consecutive years at the expense of taxpayers. Our state is being fined $100k a day by the State Supreme Court for failing to fully fund public education. In January the fine reached $16 million taxpayer dollars and is still growing. Residents of the 16th District deserve a more responsible outcome. With your support, I will work to improve the performance of the legislature through collaboration, networking and respect.
