Other Professional Experience: Recognized as an “Advocacy All Star,” I serve our communities on the Puget Sound Regional Council Executive Board, the Association of Washington Cities Legislative Committee, and the Sound Cities Association Public Issues Committee. I am a small business owner and member of UAW 1981.

Education: PhD, University of Washington; BA Willamette University

Community Service: I serve as the PTA Legislative Liaison from my son’s school and advocated in Olympia for our children’s education. I am a soccer coach, an enrolled member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, and served on the board of the Seattle Indian Center.

Statement: We can improve our State, strengthen our communities, and expand accessibility, inclusion, and livability. I’m asking for your partnership and vote to also fix our broken tax system and end our reliance on regressive property and sales taxes.

As an elected official and community leader, I have a proven record of bold action protecting our environment, fully funding our children’s education, defending all our constitutional rights - including the rights of women, workers, and marginalized communities - and fixing our roads and infrastructure.
