Statement: I’m proud to have a career fighting for social justice and progressive ideas, but Democrats are going too far by disregarding the interests of big business, and these policies will run jobs and economic prosperity out of the area.

The First District should be embracing and capitalizing on Seattle’s growth by being more welcoming to businesses, builders, and realtors. I would support and lead policies that would encourage innovation, infrastructure, and public transportation services. I’m particularly passionate about supporting drug rehabilitation, mental health services, and any program that encourages second chances for our most vunerable citizens.
