Elected Experience: This is my first opportunity to serve as an elected official.

Other Professional Experience: Policy and city planning professional for 25 years. Member of American Institute of Certified Planners. Experienced in multi-jurisdictional projects and process improvement, designing solutions that are fiscally responsible and benefit business, the public, and the environment.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Geography, followed by Graduate Work in Public Administration from San Diego State University. Lean Green Belt Certification from Eastern Washington University. 

Community Service: Founding Member, Enlighten – Dyslexia Understood. Board of Trustees, Temple Beth Shalom. Volunteer, Spokanimal. Sunday school teacher. Troop Leader, Girl Scouts. 

Statement: I am a lifelong public servant, committed to serving the 4th LD. I welcome the chance to work on difficult issues, facilitating responsible change and improvements through civil discussions and collaboration. As your representative in Olympia, I will work for you to secure access to quality, affordable health care for all; protect the beauty and resources of a healthy environment for our future generations; ensure that public schools have the resources to educate kids in ways that prepare them to be responsible citizens; advocate for veterans; and defend our earned benefits so seniors can retire with dignity and security.
