Statement: Throughout my legal career, I have worked to make the law understandable and accessible for those I represent. I’m running for Court of Appeals judge to continue that work. I care about the law and understand how judicial decisions impact you. It is vitally important that the judicial branch represent the diversity of Washington State residents. I'm proud to bring my perspective as an experienced, innovative attorney to the bench.

With more than ten years in private practice and with the Attorney General’s Office, I’m ready to serve Whatcom, Skagit, San Juan, and Island Counties. I have practiced litigation and client advice in torts, insurance defense, employment, corporate, licensing, property, guardianship, probate, consumer protection, and more. In addition, when I served as an Assistant Attorney General in Bellingham, I developed my experience with civil litigation, juvenile, adult protective services, unemployment, licensing, and L&I worker’s compensation and audits.

You deserve an experienced, balanced and thoughtful judge for Division I. It would be an honor to earn your vote.
