Statement: Family, faith, and community form the fabric of life in Sunnyside and the 15th legislative district, where my husband Dan and I have lived and worked for more than forty years. We are blessed with four wonderful children, two beautiful grand-daughters, and countless other friends and family who enrich our lives every day.

Community service isn’t something we do, it’s how we live. It’s about helping your neighbor and improving the quality of life, not about party affiliation and polarization. It’s about people working together for a brighter future, tearing down the walls that separate us and replacing them with bridges that unite us.

I am proud of our beautiful Yakima Valley and everything we’ve accomplished so far by working together with dignity and respect. I’m running for State Senator to bring that tradition to Olympia for the common good of our community. If elected I will always strive for transparency and faithfully represent the interests of our district. It would be an honor and a privilege to represent the hard working people of the 15th district. I humbly and respectfully ask for your vote, so that we can move forward into a brave new world together.
