Legal/Judicial Experience: Chelan County Superior Court Judge – presiding over criminal, family, and civil matters; and County’s new drug court. Previously private law practice (Wenatchee) – complex civil litigation in diverse areas of law, including agricultural, family, employment, construction, contract, torts, and civil rights.

Other Professional Experience: Tribal Court Criminal Defense Clinic; English Professor in Beijing, China; Teacher; AmeriCorps* VISTA.

Education: JD, University of Washington; BA Anthropology, Minor Mandarin Chinese, Western Washington University

Community Service: Judge Ferrera has volunteered at legal clinics and civic organizations: Volunteer Attorney Services, Immigrant Families Advocacy Project, Campaign for Equal Justice; and four-time Super Lawyers® Rising Star recipient.
