Jeremy Fitch

Elected Experience: No information submitted

Other Professional Experience: I am the owner of Northwest Home Automation, a small business that specializes in Smart Home Technology. With over 18 years in the fast-paced consumer electronics industry, I have enjoyed providing technological solutions to simplify and enhance people’s lives.

Education: Formal: Peninsula College. Informal: Independent learning, and research on topics that expand our economic and social freedoms.

Community Service: I am currently on the marketing team for the City of Everett’s Silverlake Neighborhood Association. I am also a member of Gold Creek Church Lake Stevens where I volunteer as a sound engineer and assist in the children’s department.

Statement: My goal as a Senator is to find ways to streamline our government, reduce our property tax burden, innovate our approach to homelessness and addiction, and better define the role of our transportation department. Currently, Olympia is trying to tax us on anything they can think of. Additionally, they tried to pass a bill that exempted the legislature from public records request that other departments are subject to. I have solutions outside of new taxes and am excited to share them with you.

I am a lifelong Washingtonian and have lived in Snohomish County for thirteen years. I love the region and know we are one of the fastest growing economies in the country. But the current answer of throwing more money at problems with diminishing returns is not the solution. Through partnerships with industry leaders and charities, we can reshape our future for generations to come.

I believe that real change will come through more people becoming involved in their community and truly knowing their neighbors. I hope you take the time explore my website, check out my videos and follow my Facebook page at facebook.com/fitchforfreedom.
