Statement: Imagine a more effective government living within its means!

When I ran for State Representative, I promised to fight for smaller, smarter government focused on jobs, schools, and fiscal responsibility. I kept my pledge; throughout my two terms in the House, I voted against increased taxes, fees, and government growth. I sponsored and passed legislation to curb agency authority, ease regulations so businesses could hire again, and enact no-tax changes to streamline laws. I moved bills forward to protect educational choices, property rights, student data privacy, Constitutional gun rights, and vulnerable girls and minorities. During the Oso landslide aftermath, I fought hard for a center for rescue and recovery operations on the Darrington side, informed citizens of requested relief supplies for rescue workers, and demanded the access roads be opened to residents.

As your voice in the Senate, I'll fight for water and property rights by introducing a bill to restore 1996 water law. I'll work to lower taxes, protect our right to keep and bear arms, protect educational choices, and get more of our education dollars to the classroom.

I'm the only Senate candidate with the proven track record: Less government; more Freedom!  I ask for your vote.
