Statement: It has been a privilege to serve on the bench as Judge ProTem and Commissioner for both District and Superior Court. I believe in restorative justice by affecting positive change to those individuals that need it. I will continue to hold accountable those who violate the law and refuse to change. Modernization of the Court and transition to a paperless Court will reduce our carbon footprint and save taxpayers money. Implementing a community service option for appropriate individuals instead of jail or fines will give back to the community and save incarceration costs. I will continue to be a strong advocate for opioid treatment and prevention in our community and our jail as well as Mental Health Court.

I am very proud to have earned the endorsement of current District Court Judge Jill Landes and retired Judge Mark Huth as well as 26 other judical officers including Supreme Court Justice Susan Owens. The support of former prosecutors, defense attorneys, law enforcement and hundreds of community members speaks to my fairness, civility, and commitment to follow the law and the Constitution. I serve on the bench because I believe I can make a difference. I would appreciate your vote.
