Statement: Judges are guardians of the rule of law and the rights of every person. That’s why it is essential that our judges are impartial, fair, and unbiased. These are the values I will bring to this important role, rooted in my career serving the people of our state.

As a Deputy Solicitor General, I have defended the will of the voters in high profile cases involving citizen-adopted initiatives. I have served as an expert on important election, immigration, and civil rights issues. At the Washington Supreme Court, I helped distill complex civil and criminal cases. As President of Washington Women Lawyers, I fought for equal rights for women.

I have advocated for equity in the justice system and provided legal aid to people in need. With your support, I’ll bring proven expertise to the court and objectively analyze the law and the facts before making a fair decision.

Endorsed: Attorney General Bob Ferguson; former Attorney General Rob McKenna; former Governor Christine Gregoire; all nine Washington Supreme Court Justices; Secretary of State Kim Wyman; Former Congressman Norm Dicks; State Senator Sam Hunt; State Representatives Doglio, Dolan, and Hansen; and many more.
