Couch is fresh face to Sedro-Woolley politics and a young passionate leader who
has longtime Sedro-Woolley roots. Jared has been active in politics since a
young age serving numerous student government rolls in the SWSD and continuing
that service while in student government at Eastern Washington University.
Jared is the multi-term President of the Fraternal Order of Police #18 serving over
230 law enforcement officers in 3 counties.
Jared believes it is time for his generation to be involved
in our town and to serve the people of Sedro-Woolley. Jared believes in running
to serve the needs of all residents and doesn’t run on a personal agenda.
Public safety, commerce, and community pride are areas that Jared hopes to
focus on and keep at the forefront of council action. We must continue the
traditions that make Sedro-Woolley great, while maintaining the highest
standards in public safety and community development.
