White is a 27 year resident of West Richland. He has given back to the city through diligent community service. Over the years he has seen its residential

where both families and businesses continue to flourish. Dan wishes to use the council position to
ensure that we meet the needs of the community while working within the constraints
of our funds. He hopes to encourage new business growth that will continue to
expand amenities for West Richland residents so they have the opportunity to
enjoy them without leaving the city.
