Statement: Marcus can bring his experience in logistics and planning to help our communities. He wants to help rebuild the fractured infrastructure, finish incomplete projects, and bring accountability and integrity back to the county council. The leadership skills he has acquired through his military career will insure that tasks will get completed in an efficient and fiscally sound method.

Infrastructure: Housing developers have been allowed to come in and tear up our roads, block traffic, put a stress on our civil services and overcrowd our schools. I want them to invest in the community, before they build. There is a lack of planning that I want to enforce.

Crime: The opioid epidemic is causing an influx of crime into our area. I want to create an interlocal agreement with local police to provide them more funding and thus have a bigger presence in the community.

Finishing Projects: Our council has promised money for projects but the projects aren't getting done. Even though I appreciate their efforts in solving community problems, they need to finish those projects. Reasonable completion time requirements and proper oversight to expedite the projects are needed.

Help bring transparency, integrity and accountability back to local government.
