Elected Experience: Current Edgewood City Councilmember
Other Professional Experience: With more than fifteen years of professional experience in engineering and design-build construction firms, I'm currently working as a landscape architect for a growing design-build firm. I started two small businesses during the recession that specialized in commercial fencing and landscape architectural design. There, I weathered the worst impacts of the recession to help create jobs in our area.
Education: Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, WSU (2003)
Community Service: Commissioner & Vice Chair, Edgewood Planning Commission (2012-2015); Assistant Coach, Edgewood Little League Baseball; Volunteer, Toys for Tots, Habitat for Humanity; Member, Pierce County Regional Council
Statement: I am a current elected member of the Edgewood City Council and I was born and raised in this area. As a Councilmember, I've repeatedly voted to save taxpayers money, fix our roads, increase funding for public safety and passed balanced budgets on time.
Our district deserves leadership that understands our concerns and priorities. I’ll go to Olympia to fight for local schools, quality healthcare, small businesses and rural economic development. I'll insure our tax dollars are spent wisely. I’ll be a strong voice for people who want solutions, not partisan politics. I’d be honored to earn your vote.
