Statement
I want my children to live in a place that promotes business,
art and open space to enhance quality of life. As a Richland native, I've seen
the city change and I believe smart urban planning and growth management are a
priority.
Since being elected to the City Council, I have focused on
being accessible and responsible to citizens and business. I have attended
every public open house to listen to citizens. When the council focused on
Natural Areas I hiked the land with stakeholders. I answer all my emails and
calls. I talk to small business. I fully
engage with our beautiful city. When the council was presenting the
comprehensive plan, I went to every citizen meeting to represent your interests.
I focus my energy and attention on serving you in the planning, zoning, growth,
safety, arts and culture in the City of Richland.
I will continue to be focused on wise economic development. We
need to protect and revitalize the core of historic Richland and downtown
businesses. I will promote WSU Wine Science Center and Gateway to the Hanford
National Monument, ensure safe neighborhoods, protect open space and conduct
planning and building in a logical, environmentally responsible manner.
