2012 General Election Voters' Guide

Amy C. Biviano

Elected Experience: This position would be my first elected office.

Other Professional Experience: I am a small business owner and CPA who specializes in personal, business, and nonprofit tax returns. I will use this expertise to reform our tax code and balance our budget while maintaining funding for education.

Education: I earned my bachelor's degree at Yale University and hold an MBA from Gonzaga School of Business.

Community Service: I have served on many nonpartisan boards, including the Citizens Financial Advisory Council for the City of Spokane and the PACE Board for West Valley School District. I teach Sunday School at Bethany Presbyterian Church.

Statement: I am running to strengthen our community through family, education and small business. Right now the biggest stress on families is the economy. Families that struggle with job insecurity, medical payments, and their kids' education aren't thriving.

To fix these problems, we need a representative who takes local issues to heart, who reaches accross the aisle, and who listens to all of us. I am ready to hit the ground running in Olympia and put my experience with small business and education to work for you today. I'd be honored to have your vote. Thank you!
