Elected Experience: Andy Billig was elected as our State Representative in 2010. He is vice chair of the House Transportation Committee and serves on the House Education Committee.
Other Professional Experience: Andy is co-owner of the Spokane Indians Baseball Team. Under his leadership, the Indians have earned a reputation for outstanding customer service, community involvement and business excellence.

Andy is co-owner of the Spokane Indians Baseball Team and he used his 20 years of business experience to help pass job-creating legislation. Successes include building a four-year medical school in Spokane and investments in vital transportation projects that keep our local economy moving.
The proud parent of a 7th grader, Andy has demonstrated a commitment to great public schools by supporting increased resources for education and an improved system for teacher evaluation and support. Andy is also dedicated to a healthy Spokane. He passed landmark legislation to protect the Spokane River and aquifer, advocated for women’s reproductive health rights, and championed programs that ensure health care access for seniors and children.
