Legislative committee assignments: Capital Budget – Vice Chair, Ways & Means, Labor & Workforce Development, Select Committee on Pension Policy, the Gambling Commission and the State Building Codes Council.

Community Service: Timm is married to Kim, has three children and one grandchild. President, Spokane Regional Labor Council; Board member of SNAP and SustainableWorks; member, Spokane Area League of Women Voters; past board member, Spokane County United Way.
